Iga Swiatek dominated over Amanda Anisimova on Saturday during the women's Wimbledon final, winning 6-0, 6-0 for just the second time in a women's major final in the Open Era.

Anisimova was born in New Jersey—but relocated to Florida with her family as a child in order to boost her tennis career.

There were two so-called 'double bagels' at this year's Wimbledon -- the term used to describe a match ending 6-0 6-0 -- and American Amanda Anisimova starred in both. The first one launched the 23-year-old on the path to her first Grand Slam final as she thrashed Yulia Putintseva.

Amanda Anisimova is one win away from Wimbledon glory. The American pulled off an upset of top-seeded Aryna Sabalenka with a 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 triumph Thursday to punch her ticket to the first Grand Slam final of her career, setting up a showdown with No. 8 Iga Światek in Saturday's championship match at Centre Court.
