The Eagles are reportedly trading WR John Metchie and a sixth-rounder to the Jets for CB Michael Carter II and a seventh-rounder.

The Cardinals announced that both Hall and Carter were re-signed to the practice squad. To make room for them, they cut receiver Bryson Green and running back D'Ernest Johnson from it.

The Cardinals intend to re-sign Carter in the near future, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
