At around 3:09 p.m. local time on Saturday, Nov. 1, an explosion occurred at Waldo’s in Hermosillo that caused a blaze while the store was busy with people shopping for Day of the Dead celebrations, local news outlets La Jornada, Excelsior and El Sol De Mexico reported.
