The Houston Texans have multiple entries of note on their first injury report of the week before facing the Denver Broncos.

The Broncos (6-2) are listed as 1-point favorites against the Texans (3-4), who are coming off a 26-15 win over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. The over/under for total points scored between Denver and Houston has been set at 39.5.

Currently, the Texans have two tight ends on their active 53-man roster: veteran Dalton Schultz and Harrison Bryant. Schultz, Houston's second-leading receiving yards leader on the season, was a DNP during their first team practice of the week with a shoulder injury ahead of facing the Broncos, but should still be on track to play.

The poll found 51% oppose deploying National Guard soldiers, with 43% strongly opposed. Just 41% support the move, with 24% strongly supporting it, the University of Texas at Austin's Texas Politics Project found.
