OXFORD, Miss. (WLBT) - The Oxford Police Department has arrested two individuals in connection to shoplifting from a Walmart.

A woman died and a toddler was taken to the hospital after being hit by a car in a Goodyear Walmart parking lot.

Walmart loss prevention employees called Suwanee police after seeing a man follow women around the store. Surveillance video caught the man getting within inches of the women with a small camera.
