If it holds true when pairings are officially announced on Sunday, the UW and Boise State (9-4 overall, 6-2 conference) will play each other next Saturday -- on the first day of bowl games -- at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, with kickoff at 5 p.m. ABC will televise the match-up.
Arizona is locked in to the Holiday Bowl. That will be played in San Diego on Jan. 2 against a team from the ACC that has yet to be determined. Boise State gets into bowl season early, with the LA Bowl in Inglewood, California. The Broncos already know they'll take on Washington in that game on Saturday, Dec. 13.
Boise State entered the championship game riding a 14-game consecutive home sellout streak, which began during the 2024 season and extended through every regular-season home game in 2025. Their previous home contest on Nov. 22 against Colorado State drew a packed house, with a reported 32,819 fans in attendance, continuing the tradition.
