A two-alarm fire damaged an apartment building and displaced several residents on Monday in Sausalito, the Southern Marin Fire Protection District reported. The fire happened at about 8:45 a.m. at 14 Josephine St., part of a three-level hillside structure near the south end of Bridgeway. The apartment is two levels below the street.
