The Denver Broncos' plan for a new stadium is in its early stages; however, the team is moving the process along — even submitting preliminary redevelopment plans to the city of Denver.

The frequent penalties also set a dubious NFL distinction: Denver and Las Vegas combined for more penalties (22) than first downs (20), for only the second time since 1950. The Broncos had 11 penalties for 83 yards, and the Raiders had 11 for 78 yards.

The Denver Broncos ground out a narrow 10-7 win over the Las Vegas Raiders to maintain the best record in the NFL.

Most of the attention in the NFC in Week 10 will be focused on San Francisco and Green Bay.
