US Navy says it will not take further action against retired Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher for his remarks on how a captured enemy fighter died

Gallagher said he and other SEALs killed a prisoner by practicing medical procedures on him until he died. The Navy said it couldn't corroborate this.
