Pete Thamel of ESPN reported on Tuesday night that Chiles has committed to Big Ten rival Northwestern. It was reported earlier in the day that Chiles would be visiting Northwestern on Tuesday, and it appears the Wildcats were able to close the commitment of Chiles.
