Musab Ibrahim Kosar, 22, of Fridley was driving a Tesla “at a high rate of speed” when he exited I-94 and collided with a Toyota SUV crossing the intersection at the top of the ramp, a patrol statement read.

One person was injured when a small plane crashed in a remote field Wednesday evening in Montgomery County, emergency responders reported. The plane crash was reported around 5:30 p.m. in Franconia Township.

The C-130 plane was flying from Ganja, Azerbaijan to Turkey when it crashed in Georgia’s Sighnaghi municipality. The cause of the crash is being investigated.
