OnePlus has just launched the OnePlus 15, but the company's marketing isn't fooling me when it comes to the phone's downgrades.

So there you have it, folks – the OnePlus 15 will launch in the US, UK, and Europe on November 13, in a choice of three colors: Sand Storm, Infinite Black, and Ultra Violet. It'll ship with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, as well as OnePlus' first "self-developed imaging engine", the OnePlus DetailMaxEngine.

Under the hood, the OnePlus 15 runs on Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, the same one powering next-gen flagships from Samsung and Xiaomi. Combined with up to 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage, it’s built for speed, multitasking, and AI-driven performance.
