The Supreme Court heard arguments about a mail-in ballot case Monday morning.
An election judge in northern Minnesota’s Hubbard County pleaded guilty to a felony Monday for allowing 11 unregistered people to vote in November 2024. Timothy Scouton, 65, of Nevis, Minn., was charged with two counts: accepting ballots from the unregistered voters and neglect of duty in his posting at the Badoura Township precinct in Hubbard County.
