Texas A&M wins the toss and elects to receive. Mizzou will kick off toward the north end zone to get us underway. Both teams crossed midfield before punting on their first offensive drive. Ahmad Hardy is off to a strong start and picked up a 40-yard gain on the very first play of the day for the Tigers, but the drive quickly stalled out from there.
