Brandon Williams scored 20 and Dwight Powell scored 18 points as the Dallas Mavericks beat the Indiana Pacers 107-105 on Wednesday night in a matchup of injured-depleted teams.

The Dallas Mavericks may be without multiple key players, including Anthony Davis and Cooper Flagg, in Wednesday's game against the Indiana Pacers.

The Mavs fouled up three with 3.4 seconds left. RayJ Dennis made the first, purposefully missed the second, the ball bounced out to Aaron Nesmith for a wide open three, and it bounced off the back of the iron as the buzzer sounded, and the Mavs would escape 107-105.

Davis’ momentum came to a halt during Wednesday's game against the Indiana Pacers. In the first quarter, he made a four-foot floater with 4:23 left on the clock. Davis immediately grabbed at his lower left leg, and after the Pacers scored on the next possession, the Mavericks called timeout as Davis took himself out of the game.

The Dallas Mavericks are set to host the Indiana Pacers in a matchup between two teams eager to find their footing this season. Both teams have struggled out of the gate, with the Mavericks at 1-3 and the Pacers still searching for their first win.
