Wolverhampton Wanderers fired Vitor Pereira on Sunday, following the club's 10-game winless start to the 2025-26 Premier League season, and they are reportedly in talks to reappoint Gary O'Neil.

Wolves' director of professional football, Domenico Teti, has left his role at the club, according to The Athletic's David Ornstein. Ornstein confirmed that the Midlands club agreed to 'part company' with the Italian, who only took the role in June.

Domenico Teti has followed Vitor Pereira out of the Wolves exit door - just four and a half months after joining the club.

Wolves have sacked Vitor Pereira after the club’s winless start to the season. Pereira is the fourth Premier League manager casualty of the campaign as Wolves take drastic action with the club bottom of the table.
