Riot Games has revealed the patch notes for Patch 26.11, which is an update dedicated to shaking up the Support role, along with some Top lane tweaks.

Patch 26.11 is dialing back AP Xin Zhao's sustain, trying to make jungle Quinn viable, and changing several items and runes.
