One of my biggest tips for bigger families (we are a family of five!) is to book two deluxe Oceanview verandahs connecting instead of piling into the deluxe family verandah on Disney Cruise Line. Yes, it’s a little more costly, but the extra space AND bathrooms can totally be worth the cost. Especially on longer sailings where staterooms seem to shrink the longer you’re on board!
