The perfect way to grill some amazing fish. 🪵🔥 I absolutely love fish on the grill and this black cod from @salmonandsable is my favorite. Im cooking in a wood fired oven but you can also do this in your grill or oven. We are coating the cod with some compound butter made with rich butter, roasted garlic, fresh thyme and seafood seasoning. Fish loves high heat and the grill is at 615 degrees F. The butter will self baste the fish and this will only take a few minutes to cook. When the fish fla
